IQusion’s Hot Line service provides information and technical support for the implementation and maintenance of the software products of the company through the Hotline in accordance with the requests of the Clients.

The Service provides Clients with information about company software products, solutions, services and coordinates the execution of requests of “potential” Clients of the company.

The Hotline service provides a single point of contact for clients and staff of IQusion, the center for accepting all problems and offers, and controls the current status of customer requests.
