Paper slowed decisions
Problem
Documents were approved on paper between units — slow, with no transparent status or deadline control.
What we did
Deployed electronic document management with routing, QES and execution control, integrated with departmental systems and SEV OVV for inter-agency exchange.
Result
Approvals sped up, every document's status is visible in real time, and paper flow dropped noticeably.
Data lived in separate systems
Problem
Registries and departmental systems didn't exchange data — operators re-entered the same records, and discrepancies appeared.
What we did
Set up data exchange with state registries via the Trembita system and connected departmental systems through APIs with role-based access.
Result
Double entry disappeared, data is consistent with the registries, and reporting is generated automatically.
Protection to state requirements
Problem
An information system processed critical data but had no confirmed protection level for operation.
What we did
Built a comprehensive information protection system with access control, logging and encryption, and passed the ND TZI review.
Result
The system received a confirmed guarantee level and operates within public-sector requirements.
