Privacy policy and website terms under Article 13 of the GDPR
This policy describes how personal data provided by individuals (referred to as the User or you) is collected and processed in connection with access to the iqusion.com website (the website). The website is operated by IQusion IT LLC, registration number 40026988, under the IQusion service mark (referred to as the Organisation, we, us or our).
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the Regulation or GDPR) and the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI On Personal Data Protection of 1 June 2010 (the Law).
Introduction
We recognise the importance of protecting your privacy and personal data. We apply security measures designed to ensure that the data we receive from you is processed and stored securely and protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
1. Personal data we collect and why we collect it
1.1. When you visit the website, we may collect and process the following categories of data:
- information requested when you use the website, such as your name;
- information collected automatically, including the date and time of access, device identifiers, operating system, browser type and IP address, either directly or through third-party services;

We do not collect information that can identify you without your permission. The website uses Google Analytics to analyse and improve website performance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required in your country.
1.2. How long we retain information depends on the type of data, the purpose for which it is used and its sensitivity. As a general rule, we retain information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
1.3. We process data to meet our obligations to you and pursue legitimate interests, including providing access to the website; communicating changes and service updates; complying with the law; establishing, exercising or defending legal claims; providing additional services and statistical analysis; conducting marketing activities; and improving service performance and functionality.
2. How we process your personal data
2.1. Your data may be processed by the Organisation through internal processes subject to appropriate technical and organisational measures, and/or by service providers and processors (Sub-processors). Sub-processors may use the data only to the extent required to perform the duties assigned to them.
2.2. Sub-processors act on our behalf and are contractually required not to disclose or use the information collected for purposes other than those stated in this Policy.
2.3. You agree that the Organisation may engage Sub-processors that maintain technical and organisational measures in accordance with the Law, the Regulation and the security standards described in this Policy.
2.4. Where Sub-processors are located outside the EU/EEA or the Swiss Confederation, personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
3. Incident notification
3.1. If we become aware of a security breach resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access to personal data, we will notify you promptly as required by the Law and the Regulation.
3.2. Notifications will be sent to your email address. You are responsible for ensuring that the address you provide is valid and up to date.
4. User security responsibilities
4.1. Although we take appropriate measures, you remain responsible for using the services properly and for the security of the systems and devices from which you access the website.
4.2. We are not responsible for protecting data that you choose to store or transmit outside the systems operated by the Organisation and our Sub-processors.
5. Your personal data rights
5.1. You have the following rights:
- Right of access — to know whether your data is being processed and to obtain access to it.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to rectification — to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to restriction of processing — to request that the processing of your data be restricted.
- Right to erasure — to request the deletion of your data where there is no lawful basis for retaining it.
- Right to data portability — to receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to lodge a complaint — to contact our responsible representative or a competent supervisory authority.
5.2. We do not charge a fee for the exercise of these rights, except where requests are excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
6.1. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect technical information containing unique identifiers, including the referring website address and IP address. This helps us understand user preferences and improve our services.
