The Accounting Chamber chooses IQusion for Megapolis.DocNet EDMS technical support
The Accounting Chamber is one of the bodies authorised to monitor compliance with budget legislation. The powers of the Accounting Chamber include monitoring the receipt and use of state budget funds; the creation, servicing, and repayment of public debt; the efficiency of state budget fund management; and the use of local budget funds in terms of transfers provided from the state budget.
At the end of each quarter, the Accounting Chamber submits conclusions to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the status of revenue receipts to the state budget and their utilisation, as well as proposals for eliminating violations detected during the reporting budget period.
Recently, the state body ordered from IQusion IT LLC after conducting the procurement procedures prescribed by law services for the technical support of the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management system (EDMS).
A number of requirements are stipulated for the monthly support of the Megapolis.DocNet EDMS software product and business process automation for 600 licenses. In particular, IQusion IT LLC is obliged to provide technical support for administering user access rights to EDMS functions, updating reference information, monitoring the creation of database backups, using EDMS functionality, and restoring EDMS operability in the event of emergency situations. The response time to the customer's request must not exceed 24 hours from the moment of contact.
