Electronic document management for forestry administration and exchange with a government institution

Following completion of the tender procedures required by law, Pivnichna Pushcha and IQusion IT LLC (IQusion) signed a contract on 8 September 2026 for the supply and implementation of the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management system. The contract value is UAH 498 588, including VAT.

Scope of the contract

Under the contract, IQusion is to provide:

  • Megapolis.DocNet for 30 workstations;
  • one connection module for SEV OVV, Ukraine’s system for electronic interaction between executive authorities;
  • configuration of the electronic document management system;
  • training for system users.

Procurement details

The procurement of electronic document management system supply and implementation services is published in Prozorro under reference UA-2026-08-12-010185-a. The supplier under the signed contract is IQusion IT LLC, Ukrainian company registration code 40026988.
