IQusion has developed a tool for conducting civil service recruitment competitions remotely
IQusion presents the "Commission" module, which was developed on the basis of the Megapolis.DocNet software product and provides remote planning and conducting of the competition for civil service positions.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the Procedure for conducting competitions for civil service positions, namely:
Provision has been made for the possibility of conducting interviews remotely via videoconference to enable the appointing authority or the head of the civil service to determine the winner(s) of the competition. Members of selection commissions can now also participate in commission meetings remotely*.
The "Commission" module fully complies with the Procedure for conducting competitions for civil service positions and is already actively used by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.
Importantly, the use of the Module ensures appropriate conditions for conducting competitions in compliance with social distancing rules and prevents the spread of acute respiratory disease in Ukraine, thereby protecting the participants of the selection process – both candidates and commission representatives.
The "Commission" module provides:
— Planning of the competitive selection process;
— Formation of the list of Selection Commission Members;
— Formation of the list of candidates for civil service positions and evaluation criteria;
— Automated generation of the Interview Results Record and the Minutes of the Commission meeting;
— Online evaluation of candidates by Commission Members based on defined criteria;
— Use of QES by Commission Members when preparing Interview Results Records;
— Complete security of information and documents created within the system.
