IQusion Selected as Winner for Kryvyi Rih EDMS Update Procurement
IQusion IT LLC (IQusion) has been selected as the winner of the open bidding procedure commissioned by the Municipal Enterprise "Electronic Services Centre" of the Kryvyi Rih City Council. The subject of the procurement is services for expanding the functionality of the electronic document management system and business process automation.
Tender Proposal Details
The decision to determine the company as the winner was made on 13 October 2026. The tender proposal price submitted by IQusion amounts to 765 000 Ukrainian hryvnias, excluding VAT.
As of 19 October 2026, the procurement procedure is at the stage of intention to conclude a contract. The next stage is the conclusion of the contract between the buyer and the supplier.
Terms and Deadlines for Services
The technical specification involves updating the Megapolis.DocNet system and the "Meetings" subsystem. An updated interface, search, registers, templates and directories, electronic exchange and integrations, two-factor authentication and electronic signature, automation of meeting processes and work with regulations are planned. It also provides a licence for an unlimited number of users for 3 processor cores, activation of online updates, and installation in the buyer's environment.
The procurement conditions include the following requirements for execution and financing:
- The provision of services will be carried out in accordance with the calendar plan and the terms of the future contract.
- The final deadline for the completion of work is set no later than 31 December 2026.
- Payment will be made on the terms of full payment after service acceptance.
- The settlement must take place within 10 working days after the signing of the documents on the acceptance of services.
